Shipping Policy

At Ivy Leaf, your satisfaction is our top priority. From the quality of skin care regime, to the very minute in which it arrives to your home. No mystery, no nonsense. Our orders ship Monday-Friday out of our warehouses spread throughout the contiguous US to ensure a quick delivery. An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped. Please view our full shipping regimen below! 

 

Shipping Prices are based on your order and will be calculated at checkout for both domestic and international orders. We do not offer a flat rate.

Our warehouses close at 3pm EST. If you place your order after that time, your order will be shipped the next day. Please take that into consideration when placing your order. Our warehouses are constantly taking in orders, and we want to personally make sure that your order is perfect with hands-on precision! 

 

PRE-SALES: If any part of your order contains a pre-sale item, your parcel will not ship until the item is in stock. Thank you for understanding, this policy significantly reduces our eco-footprint.

 

NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If shipping outside of the United States, custom charges may apply. This can include additional duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. We are not responsible for such additional fees as they depend on your personal country, local tax rate, and customs department.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES: We pride ourselves in same day order processing. Unfortunately, that does mean we do not have the ability to change shipping addresses post purchase. Please verify your address before submitting.

 

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS: Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

We stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your products, we will happily accept your return and issue a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs. 

 

In order to be eligible for a full refund, any and all promotional items, gifts with purchase, and/or freebies must be returned. 

 

Refunds are issued on a discretionary basis! We look at each refund individually and will do our best to provide a refund when possible.

 

We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received, and your refund is being processed.

 

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet hygiene requirements.

  • Item must be returned within 30 days in unused, unopened, and brand-new condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included and intact
  • Items must be returned in packaging that is appropriate so that it is not damaged in shipment. (Example: seal intact.)
  • If the item is defective, we will process a refund if applicable.

 

Note:  We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, but certain ingredients (e.g. Hedera Helix extract) may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. To help you avoid irritation or allergic reaction, a full ingredient list is displayed on each product page. If you're having trouble deciding what products might work best for your skin.

 

Occasionally, we offer free items in promotions. To receive a full refund, all items - including free ones - must be returned. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.

 

Bundles are offered to shoppers to purchase multiple items together at a discounted price. If you wish to return a bundle for a full refund, you must request a return within the applicable Return Policy period, and you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE for a full refund.

 

When a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund.  For example, if you receive a $50 savings when you purchase a product and you return either item separately, the $50 savings will be subtracted from your refund.

 

If a portion of the bundle is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your bundle discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund by itself; you will need to return all items in the bundle or return it with other items of value in order to receive a refund. For example, if your bundle discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY


If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 30 days.
